The next step is changing your idea
into a workable plan. From small parking lot additions to multi-acre
grading plans to storm water basins, Bonar Group has the experience to
supply a cost effect design. Many companies have to out-source the
Landscaping Plan or Traffic Study, but Bonar Group has all of those
services and more in house. We will supply you with the construction
drawings for all elements required in site development, including an
Erosion Control Plan that meets the new regulations. Our reputation for
complete and detailed drawings among the excavators and paving contractors
will get competitive bids for your project. We also provide realistic
Engineer’s Construction Cost Estimates and can even assist in obtaining bids for the project. Turnkey Projects are

No Site Development Team is complete
without offering Surveying services. Bonar Group has multiple surveyors
registered in Indiana and Illinois. Every commercial property or
industrial site development begins and ends with an ALTA survey. Bonar
Group specializes in these types of surveys. We have the size, experience
and meet many other requirements that the “big boxes” require that many of
our competitors lack. From the topographical survey to the construction
staking through the final “As-Builts” the Bonar Group Survey Team can
handle the project.
Bonar Groups surveyors have worked on
flood elevation projects. We have worked for neighborhood associations
and government entities in delineating flood plains from the FEMA maps.
Bonar Group can do it and has done it; be it a Flood Elevation Certificate
Survey or submitting a LOMA or COMR.
